One Time Fee

A one time fee will be charged to cover miscellaneous costs of items such as access cards, credit verification, office keys, mailbox key, messaging and administrative setup, building listing, phone installation and programming, telephone and/or data communications). H1

A customized service agreement will be developed for each client.

All services are subject to availability and may change from time to time. Prices of optional administrative support may change from time to time.

Standard fees are invoiced in respect of the services to be provided during the following month in advance in full each month.

Optional fees are invoiced in arrears and payable the first day of the month following the month in which services were provided.

A fully refundable service retainer equivalent to 2 months standard fee is required.
